Important Note, May 5, 2008
News agencies reported Monday, May 5th, that Polish police had arrested a man involved in an incident with three teenagers in Warsaw
taking part in the 2008 March of the Living. The teens were all unharmed, and police are investigating the incident. All North American students, as
well as students from around the world who participated in the March of the Living, are safe. All March of the Living programs are continuing as
planned, with all MOL contingents arriving in Israel by May 6.

Passing of Susan Rachlin on March 8, 2008
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Susan (Shoshana) Rachlin on March 8, 2008. She was one of the pillars of the International March of the Living virtually from the beginning. Her passion and talent for education was expressed in her many years working at the Board of Jewish Education of Greater New York, directing summer camp, Camp Shoshana, and of course her commitment and drive toward the vision and success of the March of the Living. A devoted mother, grandmother, and sister, outspoken, a talented writer and musician with a great love for Israel, she will be missed by all who were touched by her presence and varied accomplishments.

Oprah and Elie Wiesel at Auschwitz Death Camp
Wednesday, May 24th, 2006

"The Oprah Winfrey Show" on Wednesday, May 24, featured a special
presentation of "Oprah and Elie Wiesel at Auschwitz Death Camp." March of
the Living assisted in the organization of their trip and also advised on
music for the episode.
